Rafah Pundits, which is an excellent source of news from Rafah, Gaza, and the West Bank reports the following: "In the Gaza Strip, at least one Palestinian was killed and one other was wounded when the Israeli troops positioned along the green line opened random fire towards Khoza’ah village in the east of the city of Khanyouness. At the Nassir Hospital, one of the victims was identified as Belal Al-Shaer; aged 17, a resident of Khanyouness who died instantly after being shot twice in the head. And the other one was identified as his cousin Mohamed Al-Shaer; aged 15 who was critically wounded in the abdomen."
