Katsav Asks 'Forgiveness' From (Not For) Colonists

Moshe Katsav, the president of Israel, thinks that the Israeli government must ask "forgiveness" from the approximately nine thousand Gaza colonists since they moved to the beaches of Gaza at the governments behest (that must have been some arm twisting). 871 million has been allotted for the move, amounting to nearly $100,000 for each member of the colonist family. Helena Cobban has a great story on this issue.
